I've run a merge and so far everything has gone well except that none of my forums or posts are showing up on the main page at all.

stats show:
Our members have made a total of 76 posts in 17 threads.
We currently have 29 members registered.
Please welcome our newest member, lecithin

I'm guessing a permission issue but not sure where to begin.

Just download MyBB and the merge system today so it's current.

phpBB2 or phpBB3? It makes a difference.

3. Looks like I figured it out though. As soon as I created a new forum as a category and assigned the old forums to it, evreything showed up

Oh, did you run the rebuild/recount tools from the admin CP after you finished your import? And whenever I've had that problem with 3, just going to the forum editing panel and clicking the save button corrects it. Thats why I asked
