Operating System: Windows 7 RTM
Server: IIS 7.5
MyBB: 1.4.9
PHP: 5.3.1 RC 1
Mysql: 5.4.3
My problam i had formated computer and installed everthing and its working for the most part
1. the board will not log me out (Only on computers on home net work computers from internet work fine) #1 fixed i was so sure that my cookie settings where .howman.ca had to leve blank even in my old setting file it was .howman.ca
2. some times the seting.php will not keep its permissions.
thought i fixed it but i guess not going to format again
