Is it just me, or am I seeing random 1 posters that speak broken-english in a random thread that half of the time does not pertain to what they're talking about with links in their signature?

They've popped up in my forum a couple of times. I'm pretty sure they're actual people paid to post spam, because they've so far had reasonable answers to my "How did you find us?" required question, as well as being almost on topic. Also, the link isn't in their sig, it's actually in the post. It confused me at first, but now when I see them I just remove the link. I get posts (not that it really matters for me since I'm going to wipe my site sometime soon anyway) but they don't get advertisement.
