I guess you are including the file twice. I don't know why the error is eval() though, my functions_compat.php doesn't have eval.
but i have no backup of database so please help me.
A database backup wouldn't have anything to do with this.
o2t8 isn't even index.php or ./inc/functions_compat.php... have you edited any of these files?? What plugins do you have??

no i have not edited any of file.
i dont know but have nearly 15 pluging.
