When I try to make a backup I got a blank page (white page)...

In the phpMyAdmin to make a backup I need to go into the Export button? Near the Query button?
Yep, export. There'll be an option near the bottom to save it as a file, you need to select that, and make sure all the tables are selected from the list nearer the top.
