I was in the process of upgrading from 1.2.14 to 1.4.9 and ran into some problems.

I believe the only way this can be done is to convert offline with WAMP or XAMPP and then upload.

Do you know how to do this?

I will pay you up front, before doing the work, but I just wanna make sure your in good standing on the forum or like a mod or something and know what your doing/how to fix this problem.
