I'm not sure what the best way of doing this would be.. but I find it annoying to have to redo template edits when a theme is updated, like MyIPB, which I'm updating constantly lol.
Maybe us theme creators could just get a tool to generate a find/add/replace XML file, alongside the export function, based on template revisions or something, then the users could just import the update script?
