Ok, lets say you have a set of avatars. There are some that say "Super Moderator", "Moderator", "Admin", etc. Is there a way so normal users can't select "Super Moderator", "Moderator", or the "Admin" avatar? But they can select the avatar that says "Member".

I hope that makes sense.
