hey guys I am asking this cause I would really like to know the accurate answer to this >?

I have 2 domains coming into the same Forum
I dont want 1 redirecting to the other but I am not sure how come it does

So i got example

mydomainname.com ( Original )
mydomainname.ca ( pointing to the same Ip as original)

the problem is when they come threw the .ca they get turned over to the .com name and thats not what i want if you understand what I want!

What i want when they come to no matter what domain they stay on that domain instead of being redirected

some insite on this would be helpful

so do i put my second .ca name cnam of my .com ?
and the 2 mods in mybb mods section did not help so Im lost and hopefully someone can help to my problem!

Is it under the "Parked Domains" section in your CPanel? If it is, is it forwarding to the root folder that your other domain name is? That could be why.

They could also be sharing the same nameserver with a redirect.

ill let you in on it so you or anyone can understand this better

Name-Registar is where i have purchased all my domains from
in the control panel of my Name_Registar i have forwards both domains to same A-Ip
which is my dedicated server which of course is somewhere else

nevermind i figured out how to do this simply by editing virtualhost.php in my apache awile back
