My forum is flooded with spam bots, one of the IPs is 196.36.153.134 which is known to be a spam/attack bot.

All are trying to log in or do something.

What is the best way to get these guys to stop hogging my bandwidth?

ACP > Configuration > Banning > ban 196.36.153.* and see how that goes.
