I'd change the theme. When I think of Apple products I think of quite light and fresh colours, a dark grey theme doesn't really portray that.

As Orinoco stated, the theme doesn't match the type of forum you're running.

You also need some content. Oh and, my pet peeve! Make your forum look unique, it's so generic as is... Differentiate it from all the other Apple forums.
