So you have a host, yeah?? Have they given you any FTP details or access to a control panel where you can upload the files??

Right, well you should be able to upload your files via the host control panel, should be an option called File Manager, just need to upload the package and extract it. Or you can use an FTP client like FileZilla.

contents of the Upload folder. Your forums are currently at:
http://www.general-promotion.co.cc/forum/Upload/index.php
So move the files out of the /Upload/ folder to the /forums/ folder.

We can't tell you for certain what it is but it is normally localhost, yes.
its rare to have an external MySQL host. your host should tell you if you do!
