I just set up myBB 1.4.9 on 000webhost and the installation went fine including Chmods, the only problem is when ever i attempt to install a theme the images dont show. I have 3 Plugins installed and they have installed without any issues.
I'm trying to install BlackEvo4 and i uploaded the entire images folder to the images directory, i then uploaded the .xml via acp and the images just arn't there.

Check if you uploaded the images in the right place.
Read the Read-me? It could tell you where to put it.
EDIT: Here is what it says in the read-me:

1) Upload the included image folder to your ./images directory
2) Import included theme XML into your Admin CP > Templates & Style > Import a Theme.
3) Switch to the new theme via your User Control Panel!
Hm never had this problem before.

edit - the shoutbox is just called shoutbox by Musicalmidget

Contact the author of the plug-in via PM and see what he says.
Can we have a link to your website with the problem? It may help.
Yeahh it seems to be working now, in my last post i said i'll reupload them and for some reason its choosing when it wants to work,
