Anyone that's ever used SMF forums, may have seen the fading news modification.
Basically, it's like an announcement block that fades from one announcement to the other using a cool fading effect.
Thanks to Lex's help, I was able to quickly put together a basic version of this. I will be adding more options to it when time permits.
