In truth I have no problem with a user policing their own thread, after all it IS their thread and their topic. I just thought he was getting a little overboard with it since it was a natural progression of the conversation.

I've never tried Flux either. I asked about IceWM because I'm considering installing all the extra desktop environments on my play around/test installs of Linux and seeing what it looks like, how it feels, and how stable and usable it is.
