I know I asked this before but I didn't really get any help. I can not upload attachments and stuff. When I try to upload an attachment I get this error.
When I try to upload something to my downloads section i get this error
I'm thinking maybe a file or folder is missing? What folder does stuff get uploaded to? What file controls it or what ever.
I checked all the files and file names and stuff i can upload zip and pics and stuff and the max MB is 2 so all those settings are fine and i uploaded files that were in those settings so its not that. I really for the life of me can't figure out what it is. Please help
