As you know, if you have 1 vbb license you can run/install only once and can't seperate content for each domain.
Example myboard.com run vbb software and myboard2.com run MyBB software with vbulletin database installed.

I browse myboard.com: show all content of forum (like http://vbulletin.com/forum/)

When I browse myboard2.com: show all contents of child forum ID 80 (like http://community.mybboard.net/) BUT show all child forums like http://community.mybboard.net/forum-80.html only!

Is there a way to do that?

All log in, users, posts are used vbulletin database.

Sure...it can be done. You'll just have to rewrite large portions of the code. If you have a few hundred bucks I am sure someone will be willing to take the time and do this.
