i want to create the a bar right in the bottom which show admin moderator, super moderator.

and i also want to create a new category of VIP user.

how can i create this n also tell me how can i change the colors of admins moderator super moderator name colors.

coz in my forum moderator and super moderators colors are same. which are pink and i want to change it.!!!

kindly tell me the steps. where i can do this???
