Yes, I can do them. I charge, yes, but I'll make sure you have a working product in your hands before I disappear. I'm willing to make adjustments where you need as well, so you get what you want.
As of the moment, I am coding (and designing) by myself.. however in the future I will be working with a friend who will take over the design part (makes excellent designs), and of course we'll have to charge now. But I'll let you know when that day comes
All payments must be paid via PayPal; themes/templates will not be given to you until all payments have been completed. Also, I do not accept multiple-part payments. You pay the first have, I being coding, when it's finished, you can check out the theme live, you pay the other half, and you get the theme. Tweaks can be made either before or after the second payment is made.

Rates... my current rates might be considered a tad high, but I take my time and am willing to do any further changes you need. MyBB themes start at $40, HTML templates start at $25. HTML templates are simply a template you can use over and over for pages.. I can also assemble a static website if you require, of course this costs more. Also, I can do my best to convert the template to MyBB, and a limited selection of CMS's, of course I'll try anything. How that goes lol... i dunno lol. I've had luck with WordPress and CMSMS so far.
If you have a design already drawn up, I can code that and it would most likely only cost $25 - $40 as stated above. I personally prefer when you have a design already, and of course if you don't have any idea of what you want it's going to cost more for my time
I can assure you I'll stick to my end of the deal if you do to yours.
