i have one more question that when we add a buddy in our buddy profile then an email send to the user for request but i want that the person recieve a notification on the forum and it show do u want to accept his or her invitations or reject besides the email.

but the person didnt recieve any notification over the forum i want this because mostly user didnt check their email daily.

I don't think this one has been done. If it is its a Lex- or Matt R, plugin i can tell you that much.
