Is their any kind of mod stopping all users from editting their avatars full stop. An avatar can only be changed in the admin cp section.

Yes but i can't find it. Due to the search being screwed. :/ I think its an ACP option.

Well i cant find it and i have been through all of the ACP mods from Early releases to 1.4. Sad
