Of course he didn't. IBSkin has a strict policy against re-distribution, as they are a premium theme site. I know the owner spends a LOT of time on each and every one of her skins, and she deserves everything she makes from selling them.
I guess you won't be seeing OpenInferno on here anytime soon to explain himself.
This theme was ripped from an IPB theme. I am going to close this thread, until you prove you have permission to port it. Send me a PM with proof then I will reopen this thread.
