When I edit templates of a new theme I've uploaded the code isn't coloured or changed - it's just basic text. It should be in green and blue coding and wrapped like normal.

What's up with it?

You can't use PHP in templates because we simply haven't implemented anything to allow it... There's a plugin to allow it though.

If you're referring to the actual HTML, make sure CodePress is turned on at ACP > Home > Preferences, it's this that colours the HTML.

I'll also have a search for the plugin. Unless you can tell me how to have coding that only appears when you are logged in (but not in the member welcomeblock template)
