When I edit templates of a new theme I've uploaded the code isn't coloured or changed - it's just basic text. It should be in green and blue coding and wrapped like normal.

What's up with it?

Also - why can't I use php coding in my templates?
You can't use PHP in templates because we simply haven't implemented anything to allow it... Undecided There's a plugin to allow it though.

If you're referring to the actual HTML, make sure CodePress is turned on at ACP > Home > Preferences, it's this that colours the HTML.
I'll enable WordPress, thanks.

I'll also have a search for the plugin. Unless you can tell me how to have coding that only appears when you are logged in (but not in the member welcomeblock template) Smile
