Yes, but your image is junk. Try visiting the link in your web-browser, the image won't display because according to Firefox "it contains errors".

That's the weird thing, as i checked on php info my hosting allows it <.<, and i cannot ask help to my hosting beacuse i am there free by "some help"
so i am not allowed to bother too much

If you want to know what errors, try debugging your script. Theres lots of ways to do that, and most php editors include at the very LEAST syntax checking.
