In my forum i am restricted for PM and it shows me

inc\languages\english\restrictedpm.lang.php file dows not exist so i can say its a bug so please fix this as soon as possible also i saw in latest mybb 1.4.9 there is also no such file present so please fix this

Yes, the reason it's not in 1.4.9 is because this isn't a MyBB file, it's a plugin file, and you just haven't uploaded it, it's not a bug... download the plugin package again and make sure you have all the files.

what is that plugin name m8 i did not done that plugin uploaded in my forum not used that yet
