I am not sure if this is a plugin, a code modification or my ignorance, but I would like to have I assume an announcement on top of every page similar to the twitter banner on the home page of community.mybboard.net
I tried forum announcements from the ACP and it shows actually in the forums on all forums, this is not what I want.

I have found this plugin under misc, which does what I wanted Thank you to mybbsupport.ir for the contribution
