Currently everything is being prepared for translating myBulletinBoard in other languages, so translations can be made easily.
However, translations are not available now, sorry. You could try to translate parts yourself, if you wish.
I think there should seprate releases one for english only and other one is multi-language.

Well, as Tochjo said, language support for myBB is on the way soon.
