I got another problem. When I use the image tag:
[img] http://bb.broodjebal.info/uploads/the_village.jpg[/img]
It will be shown as this:
/bb.broodjebal.info/uploads/the_village.jpg" border="0" />
It worked some days ago... since then I didn't edit any file.
Anyone got a clue?

I looked in the source and it appears to be an emoticon which is causing this..
<img src="http<img src="images/emoticons/purplex.gif align="absmiddle" border="0">/www.reelmoviecritic.com/rmc/images/eurotrip.jpg" border="0" /><br />
Try removing that emoticon and it should work.
I shall look into doing something about this so the code is parsed properly and emoticons do not interfere with the MyCode parser.

Tip: code tag should be text only.
Current: it parse all those other tags. And url's are shown as links instead of text.

A global switch? Not at the moment. We're looking to adding that in to a future release.
