You realise that refreshing the showthread pages is very likely going to annoy people, if they're using quick reply and the page suddenly refreshes, they're going to lose what they've been typing...

Be careful where you add this code. I personally would add it into the Index Templates -> Index so that it just refreshes the index page. Do the same for others, just never in the header.
