Can I password the entire forums, so the forums are not even viewable until a user logs in with their ID and password? I don't even want nor need the site searchable by spiders. If so, where and how do I do that? Is it in the ACP?
If you edit the usergroup settings and untick the 'Can view forum?' setting, all they'll see is a no permissions page, and they'll need to login to see anything.
Thank you. I hadn't been able to look in the ACP yet because of the other issue (now solved) so was filling in time by asking the question in case it was something I had to do in the .htaccess file
