ok so my forums were fine last night. i try to go on today it starts lagging really bad. when i refresh it the forums dont even show up. it says error connecting or something. then after i try again my theme is gone and its all messed up. this is really pissing me off. hoping some1 can help, ty

It just sounds like a host issue, there isn't much we can do about that... your root site (
http://flamingpkers.99k.org/) takes ages to load too and that isn't anything to do with the forum.
Whilst typing this your forum loaded, you have a very heavy chatbox on your index, and a javascript snow effect, that's not going to be helping things... you'd be better off asking your host about the slowness though.
thanks alot and ill find out there.i dont think the snow and chatbox are effecting it as ive had them installed for a while and it hasnt really affected the speed much
