Theme - The theme should be related to Dragon Ball Z anime and it should be dark. I want DBZ Back ground and nice dbz forum icons. Just make it look like official DBZ forum.

Im simply stating my opinion but anyways i'll take a shot at it, do you want it to be a dark or white theme?
