I've searched the forum but forgive me if this is covered elsewhere as I've not seen the exact problem being answered.

I built my forum on a local machine and then uploaded it to the web server. All seems to work except the admin login. I can login but if I click to go anywhere within admin it asked for the admin login again and when I change something it's not saved.

Sure it's an easy fix that I've missed, can anyone help ? I'm using the latest version.

Indeed, it seems like a cookie issue.

Sorry I did look at the stickies but I thought they didn't confirm my experiances. I'll try to look harder next.

Anyway thanks to the people that helped with the link ect, it was indeed the cookies what a nightmare and I had to edit the settings file in the end.
