Hello sir today when i added a new category in my forum the template got changed..It looks bad.Kindly help me what to do??

This looks like a template issue...

No nothing is happening...It is same still

I replaced both the templates with new one from other themes...What to do

If all of the forumbit template are default there shouldn't be a problem...

You'll need to contact the author of the theme.
