I did sort-of rip the layout from psdtuts. But, its not like i'm harming them in any way, i mean... They have a massive audience and all the content on this site is my own. The only thing thats the same is the layout.
No harm in that, right?

Short review:
You need more forum contet, especially you should establish a counter strike section. At the moment it looks much more like a general forum to me, also from the design.
