Howdy. How can I make that some groups don't download attachments in all my boards but only in some boards that I will specify. Is there also a way to restrict the etensions of the atatchments? I really need to do this as soon as possible so any help is greatly appreciated.

Admin CP->Configuration->Attachment Types
You can set permissions for who can download attachments on a per-forum basis, by going into the advanced permissions for each forum.
