I am trying to upgrade the forum at http://www.waterfordonline.net/index.php
I have followed the instructions given to me here: http://community.mybboard.net/showthread.php?tid=5918

But I get the following errors:

When I go to Admin CP I get this:
Quote:Language (./inc/languages/) is not installed

And when I click upgrade.php in cPanel, I get this:
Quote:Performing necessary upgrade queries..
mySQL error: 1091
Can't DROP 'messageindex'. Check that column/key exists
Query: ALTER TABLE mybb_threads DROP messageindex;

Can anyone help with this?
Note: I have removed the install directory.
Also, it shows as 0 online, although I am logged in.
Please, this is urgent.

/inc/config.php is set to 0666

I have made no alterations to any files.

I mean, if it worked yesterday for danethicalservices.com/forums/ and I followed your instructions to a Tee. Why does it cause problems on this forum?
It's an excellent forum software. Don't get me wrong here, but I think ye should make sure that there are possible fixes on hand for this type of thing and also an upgrade instructions file included in the download.
