When you ban an ip address using the *, it over includes addresses.

example;

banned 121.*
bans include 67.128.121.52

repeatable

either that or im using this wrong, but i need a method to ban entire ranges of ip address and was told this would work.

note; i tried that first but it wouldnt give me access; i didnt realize you had to register again.

You need to register again as it's a totally different system.

As suggested in your bug report, you'll need to use 121.*.*.*, I think that's the intended use/method.
