need help my bb error database:

MyBB has experienced an internal SQL error and cannot continue.

SQL Error:
1053 - Server shutdown in progress
Query:

It seems that your database server was shutting down at the time.

Would I be right in assuming you use 000webhost?? They do this every so often.
