i upload file in my forum and when i download file i get error

The archive is either in unknown format or damaged

.
i ask hosting and he say problem isnot from server and problem come from mybb system.

Maybe it's exactly what the error says and the file you're uploading is corrupted somehow...?? What's the file extension?? That language string isn't even in the MyBB language files, can you printscreen it??

file format is zip.
i can repair files that downloaded from my site with winrar (repair option)!.

Yeah that's nothing to do with MyBB, there's just something wrong with the package.

so no way?
first time that i install mybb it was ok (:
