Hello

This is my first time using mybb.. Awesome! very clear and easy to use.

I got a problem to change the 

<html xml:lang="en" lang="en" xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">

I try edit via Template & Style -> Ungrouped Templates on doctype & headerinclude but not found.

Where the file?

Let me know

I have no idea if its right but check the Index.php file.

You'll probably need to add it to the templates yourself, it's just <html> by default.
