I had the exact same problem as yours. The server seems to be down.
The link I posted is on a free host which isn't very good as I think its inaccessible in some locations while erratic in others. I was hoping to have my site up on a proper host today to host the plugins as well as have a demo forum to test it but that has been delayed for a bit.
So if you can't access the link I posted, just wait till its validated, or I get my site up, whichever happens first.
