For some strange reason, all of the profile, thread, and forum links somehow changed from .php to .html, and now no one can access them. It was working perfectly yesterday, and I know that I didn't change any settings.

How did this happen and how can I fix it?

'Enable search engine friendly URLs?' setting in the 'Server and Optimization Options' settings. If you want to use the .html pages, disable the setting, rename your htaccess.txt file to .htaccess and re-enable the setting, or if you want to sue the .php pages, just disable the setting.
