Can you arrange the appearance of usergroups on the forum team page from the AdminCP or elsewhere?

Admin cp > Users and Groups > Manage Groups

Edit the desired group you wish to display on the forum team page.

Find: Show on 'Forum Team' Page?

Change this from no to yes.

I know that part. That's not what I meant. I added a usergroup to appear and for some reason they appear above the moderators' table. I'd like that usergroup's table to appear under the moderators' table.

So ... as it shows now it's:

Administrators
Special Usergroup
Super Moderators
Moderators

I'd like it to be listed as:

Administrators
Super Moderators
Moderators
Special Usergroup

There's currently no way to re-arrange them without actually modifying showteam.php. The "Moderators" group is always shown last because it's processed separately due to the forum listing. The other groups are simply sorted by the "title" field of the usergroups table.
