If you make your own images and style it yourself to look like vb4 you are perfectly safe. Is it ethical ? I don't know

Well, MyIPB is all original code; none was copied from the source theme. I don't know if there's really anything to stop you from making a theme which resembles another..

There is not as long as you make your images it's fine but it's more about the idea and shame .

No one likes rippers ^^. You can take ideas from other sites and use them in your own way but ripping is just not cool.

I am working on a theme called vBB which will resemble, but not clone, vB 4. Should be out in <2 weeks
