It's a strong forum site with PR4 but this dude is using <meta name="robots" content="noindex,nofollow"> all over the pages including the homepage, if you query "site:domainstate.com" on Google, you can see there's just the homepage that's indexed. Actually not fully indexed but just a stub or something.

Is vBulletin 2.x, but is a really HORRIBLE retro skin or is a really outdated forum.

So the forum died because the traffic went other places, as far as the robot blocking, that really makes little sense.

It doesn't seem too dead to me. I'm reading through it, and finding some active content. But god, this is one ugly forum.
Edit: This place is active. Let's convince him to convert over to MyBB.
