How does it if a user can send a pm in one state for more that one users
Vbulltein allows that for example a users can send his pm to 5 users by one request.
note that seperator character (in vb semicolon ; ) must automatically remove from usernames in registeration time.
i mean that we must remove some special characters in username allowed char lists
