Can Mybb Developer fix this problem please, I mean can you change the navigation system to help it read the HTML in it, please?

Well doesn't seem to be a bug In what template did you put it? If it's in the nav_sep_active than you did it wrong put it in the nav:

<div class="navigation">
{$nav}{$activesep}<font color="green">{$activebit}</font>
</div>

And when I go to any posts in those forum, the navigation didn't read those HTML codes.

Yes it will, it is a bug, it's fixed for the next maintenance release. It used to work but then broke at some point, and it's been fixed again.
