Edit: Ignore that the spacing and the boxes are a bit off, quite hard to do it by eye .

Add an header gradient, rounded corners.

Tried to round corners, must say like the square more for this design. I will try a gradient for the header but in my opinion it will look the best without one but I will try it .

It looks good but can you back off the watermarks a bit, I can't really see it properly.

I really don't like the font. I've never been a fan of the Tahoma or Verdana look. I'm a big Lucida Grande, Helvetica, and Arial user.
