I installed SpiceFuse ShoutBox, I added

<sf_shoutbox>

under

{$header}

and there is still no sb? I uploaded the script, etc and activated it?

I think it may not be working because I didn't uplaod

tpl_sf_sboxfull

and

tpl_sf_shoutbox

Where should I upload those?

Did you download it off of MyBB's Mod site? If not, I would suggest doing so http://mods.mybboard.net/view/spicefuse-ajax-shoutbox and then try re-uploading the files.

I did download it from the mod site, but I need to know if I should/shouldn't upload the files

Check the read me file that comes with the plugin. But I think it would be best to upload those files as well.

Where to? And I read the readme, it dosen't say where.

That plugin has 2 folders, inc and jscripts. I think you shoul upload them both to your forum directory preservin the strucuture intact. i.e. the inc folder should be uploaded to the inc folder and tthe same goes for the jscripts folder. Hope it helps.
